In 2018, I started working with Ag Pathways on my own initiative to look for job opportunities for young people who had recently graduated from universities in Mexico. I was very struck by the fact that the company Ag Pathways and I share similar goals of helping people find job opportunities that would help them change their lives and have better work conditions. In the same way, our clients using this program will have an improvement within their organizations, in their methods and work times. It gives me great satisfaction to listen to the TNs and the companies that implement this program manage to meet their goals and continue to be interested in hiring more people through Ag Pathways. This makes us want to work hard and keep moving forward and hope they continue to recommend us so that this program continues to grow and give more opportunities to other businesses and TNs.
